She was predeceased by: her husband Donald J. Pettini; her parents, Octavius Simonelli and Catherine Simonelli (Bertoni); her brother Norman; her children, Peter, David and Linda; and her daughter-in-law Patricia.
She is survived by: her brother Raymond Simonelli; her sons, Donald Pettini Jr., John Pettini (Robin), Robert Pettini (Trina) and Bob LaChapelle (Mindy); her daughter-in-law Dee Dee Weall; her grandchildren, Zachary, Melaney, Nicholas, Melissa, Kristin, D. J., Taryn, Shannon and Sean; and her close friend Cathie Gibson.
