He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Williams and Mildred Williams of Old Mystic; his siblings, Eleanor Cooke (RC), Elizabeth Williams (Russel) and Robert Williams; and his brother-in-law Carl Petersen.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Godomsky Williams; his children, Glenn Williams (Elizabeth), Wesley Williams of Mystic and Donna Farr (Peter) of Palmer, MA.; his grandchildren, Lindsey Farr, Grant Farr (Lauren), Madeleine Williams and Elizabeth Williams; and his siblings-in-law, Ellen Williams, Stephen, Carole Godomsky, Carol Peterson, Elizabeth and Joseph Faulise. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
