He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Church and Frederic Church; his wife Betty Church; his brother Robert Church; and his son-in-law Hank Kowalczuk.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Kowalczuk of Glastonbury and Brian Church (Jill) of Higganum; his granddaughters, Brianna, Carly and Michelle Church; and his pet Taki.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (218 Providence St, Putnam, CT 06260). A graveside service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Westfield Cemetery North Street.
