He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Gayle Rush; his sister Lisa Hydrick; his granddaughter Allison K. Lincoln; his stepparents, Steven A. Norton (Natalie) and Pat Thurlow; his stepsiblings, Steven A. Norton, Jr. (Tina) and Denise Parroco (Jim); and his nieces and nephews, Greta Norton, Tess Fike, Cassie Winn, Anders Norton and Jonathan Parroco.
