It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christine Fine of Mystic, Connecticut, born in New London, Connecticut, who passed away on August 23, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Blanchette and Roberta Blanchette (Weatherbee); her brothers, Leonard and William Blanchette; and her brother-in-law William L. Hodgson, Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Darrell Andrew Fine and Crystal L. Fine; her grandchildren, Haley M. Fine, Sydney A. Vanwagner of Lawrence, D. H, Grahm M. Vanwagner and Robert Paiva; her sister Elaine Hodgson; her nephew Michael J. Hodgson; and her son-in-law Richard Vanwagner III.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Christine's memory may be made to the American School for the Deaf, 139 North Main Street, West Hartford, CT 06107, Robert E. Fitch Senior High School.
