She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Philip Millard Rose and Esther Lamson Rose; her husband Bob; her children, Corey Asman (Teresa), Heather Joseph (Bob) and Keith Asman (Andrea); and her siblings, Dorothy Holmes (Herbert), George Rose (Diane) and Norma Milkie (Ken). She was also cherished by nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
