It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harriet Tsimonis of Morris, Connecticut, born in Lincoln, Nebraska, who passed away on July 3, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Strickland and Mary Strickland; her husband Anthony Tsimonis; her sisters-in-law, Esther Balko, Anna Tsimonis, Venice Tsimonis and Stella Constance; and her niece Paula Ashley.
She is survived by: her sister Alverta Polson (John) of Saskatoon; her brother-in-law Paul Balko of Shorewood, IL; and her nieces and nephews, Timothy Morrissey (Judy), Sean Morrissey, John Constance, Peter Constance (Patricia), John Ashley, Kathleen Morrissey, Lydia Davis (Robert), Victoria Griffin (Gary) and Priscilla Jezuit (Paul).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Hartford Bible Students Church, P.O. Box 493, Manchester CT 06045, Hartford HealthCare Hospice or the family asks that a vegetable garden be planted in Harriet's honor.
