It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Winters of Morris, Connecticut, born in Torrington, Connecticut, who passed away on July 27, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Winters and Jean Winters (Weik); his brother Dennis Winters; and his niece Lisa Winters. He is survived by: his wife Carol Winters (Martin); his daughters, Tammy Phillips (Jason), Jennifer Aiello (Matthew) and Katherine Ricci (Niklas); his sisters, Diane Rybak and Dale Winters; and his sister-in-law Sheila Winters. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
