She was predeceased by: her spouse Delore Ionta; and her parents, Henry Plantier and Loretta Plantier (Chenail). She is survived by: her son John Ionta (Susan) of Arlington, MA; her brother Henry Plantier of Danielson, CT; and her sister-in-law Elizabeth Dawley of Plainfield, CT. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
