It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma June Carrigan (Moosup, Connecticut), born in Sterling, Connecticut, who passed away on April 26, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Arthur; her parent Arthur Evans; and her sons, Henry Friars and Arthur Carrigan, Jr.. She is survived by: her parent Laura Evans (Littlefield); her children, Raymond Carrigan, Debra Cote of Danielson and Marie Chenette of Moosup; and her brothers, Howard Evans of Danielson and William Evans of Willimantic. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
