Phaiah of Moosup, Connecticut, born in Rochester, New York, who passed away on December 28, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Laverne Hoertz and Ruth Hoertz (Belecz); her husband Wayne N. Phaiah; her brother-in-law Robert Phaiah; and her nephew Kenneth Phaiah Jr..
She is survived by: her brothers, Thomas and Glenn Hoertz of Rochester; and her brother-in-law Kenneth Phaiah of Killingly.
