She was predeceased by: her parents, John York and Evelyn York (Landgrebe); her son John W. "Jack" Barr; her grandson Andrew William Vincent; and her siblings, Dianne York, John, Michael and Joseph York.
She is survived by: her husband Dennis Barr; her children, Patrick Barr, Keri (Kevin Perreault), Donna (Dan Breton), Margaret (Doug Gagnon), Karen (Aaron Vincent), Dianne (Jamie Talbot) and Dennyse (Travis Heon); and her siblings, Mary (Thomas Gardiner), James, William and Peter York. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
