He was predeceased by: his son Peter A. Bellavance. He is survived by: his wife Norma Streit Bellavance; and his son Joseph S. Bellavance (Evelyn) of Norwich, CT.. He is also survived by four granddaughters, three great granddaughters and a great grandson.
Funeral arrangements and a celebration of his life are planned for a later date and time due to COVID-19 protocols.
