It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John C. Clapper of Moosup, Connecticut, born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 13, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma (Ross) and John C. Clapper Sr.; and his siblings, Ben, Bill, Caroline, Cathy and Clair.
He is survived by: his wife Carrie J. Clapper; his daughters, Jennifer Bush (Clapper) and Jessica Clapper; his siblings, Eddie Clapper, Barbara Gomes and Millie Ross; his grandsons, Frank John Bush and Brenden Bush; and his godson Troy Tiirak. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
