She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas A. Holt, Jr.; her parent Ezra F.; and her brother Bernard Mathewson. She is survived by: her parent Nellie S. Mathewson (Cockayne); and her sons, Thomas A. Holt, III of Moosup, CT, Richard B. Holt (Priscilla) of Greene, RI, Barry R. Holt (Michele) of Coventry, RI and Stephen L. Holt (Laura) of Deland, FL. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
