He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin D. Moore of Berlin, WI. and Donna M. Moore (Alexander) of Rockville, CT.; and his son Jonathan F. D. Moore. He is survived by: his children, Anthony Tuttle (Zoe) of Woodstock, CT, Hailey Moore of Moosup, CT and Emiley Moore of Moosup, CT; his girlfriend Anna Bryant of Moosup, CT; his siblings, Wendy Balzano (Anthony) of Florida, Raymond Lambert of Philadelphia, PA, Jennifer Sleeper of Tauton, MA, Chris Moore of Reading, MI, Kimberly Moore (Dan) of Meriden, CT and David Moore (Chris) of West Boylston, MA; and his stepmother Betty Moore of Midlothian, TX. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
