It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andre Joseph Rouillard of Moosup, Connecticut, who passed away on May 21, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Israel Rouillard and Lucie Rouillard (Nicole); and his brother Paul Rouillard. He is survived by: his wife Carol Rouillard (Miller); his sons, Brian (Marie Rouillard), Jeffrey (Debbie Rouillard) and Donald (Wendy Rouillard); his nieces, Nicole Audet (Rouillard) and Renee Bein (Rouillard); and his nephew James Rouillard. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.
