He was predeceased by: his siblings, John Fahey Jr. and Jane; and his parents, John Fahey and Mary Q. Fahey. He is survived by: his wife Irene Halish Fahey of Moodus, CT; his sisters, Maureen Sullivan, Kathleen Schjelderup and Eileen Gardner; and his friend Marines.
