Gary Wnek wrote a sympathy message

“Trudy and I were so sad to hear of Joe's passing. He was always a pleasure to visit with. We spoke a number of times during his hospital stay in Maine and he always told me how thankful he was to have such a wonderful and supportive wife in you! He asked me to visit him in Cobalt and to bring him a Bible. I was happy to be able to do that and together we shared many verses that he found comfort in. He was so positive and encouraging even under these circumstances. He will be missed. Gary Wnek”
