He was predeceased by: his wife Delphine Tuttle (Carreira); his parents, Willis Tuttle and Eunice Tuttle (Atwell); his son Matthew Tuttle; and his siblings, William Tuttle, Laura and Ellen Tuttle.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Tuttle of Moodus, Peter Tuttle (Silvia) of Old Lyme, Mark Tuttle (Cheryl) of Moodus and Eunice Horeczy (Ziggy) of Moodus. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, four great grandchildren, also several nieces and nephews.
