He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick M. Parmenter and Alice E. Parmenter (Fuller); his wife Sandra Bailey Parmenter (Perreault); and his granddaughter Daena Bailey Parmenter. He is survived by: his sons, David J. Parmenter (Denise Parmenter) of Columbia, CT and Frederick N. Parmenter Jr. of Millbury, MA; his sister-in-law Elaine Baitler of Naples, ME; and his grandchildren, Darien Parmenter and Allison Parmenter. He is also survived by numerous other extended family and friends.
