She was predeceased by: her parents, Hal Warren and Patricia Warren; her grandparents, Ralph, Lydia Warren, Frank C. and Mary Jane Kucerik; and her brother Brett Warren.
She is survived by: her children, Annabelle Bass and Charles Bass; her stepchildren, Amber Bass and Alexander Bass; her siblings, Hal Warren II, Brian Warren and Jackie Warren; and her caregivers, Cynthia and Rosemary. She is also survived by numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Calhan Memorial Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial donations be made in Connie's name to organizations furthering research and awareness for Cancer, Diabetes, and Alzheimer's.
