He was predeceased by: his parents, Haroldine Taylor and Eleanor Taylor (Springer); his siblings, Sheila Taylor, Judith Ward and Harold Ray; his son-in-law David Racz; and his brother-in-law John Mitchell.

He is survived by: his wife Danielle Kaminski; his children, Craig Taylor (Lucrecia), Sheila Taylor of East Windsor, LouAnne Racz and Sandra Taylor of Broadbrook; his siblings, Ralph Taylor (Rhoda), Della Mitchell, Diane and Donnie Tamiso; his stepchildren, Michael Kaminski Sr. (Tracy) and Jennifer Kaminski; and his grandchildren, Robert, James, Michelle, Michael, Mario, Andromeda, Michael Jr., Stanley and Kayla. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; 5 great- great-grandchildren.
