She was predeceased by: her parents, Eleazer Elmer Terry and Francis Eleanor Terry (Smith). She is survived by: her husband Clifford; and her children, Cathy Apple (David), Kevin Kumpf (Dee), Kim Bennett-Kaplan (Steve), Clifford Jr. (Nadene) and Christopher Kumpf. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, several honorary grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Mary's favorite charities, Saint Jude's children's hospital or Shriners children's hospitals.
