He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley and Henry. He is survived by: his spouse Babette Kowalczyk (Blevons); his sisters, Patricia Kowalczyk of East Lyme, Cheryl Kowalczyk of New Mexico, Janice Kusman (Michael) of Stonington and Catherine Graney (William) of Mystic; and his nieces and nephews, Laticia Martin of Stafford, Conn., Jenifer Earnhardt of Denver, N. C., Valerie Dodson of East Lyme, Conn., Jason Kusman of Mystic, Conn., Garrett Kusman of Quaker Hill, Conn., Steven Hespeler of New Mexico, Ryan Rollinson of Mystic, Conn and Nathan Rollinson of Mystic. He is also survived by eight great-nieces and nephews, numerous cousins and Aunts and Uncles.
