He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph B. Vollaro and Cidalia "Sally" Lanca Vollaro; and his wife Maria Zito. He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph J. Vollaro (Robin) and JoAnn Policelli. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Alexander Vollaro's memory may be made to the Cerebral Palsy Association.
