We bid farewell to Timothy G. Howard of Monroe, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 31, 2024 at the age of 81. Timothy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy Howard and Loretta Griswold of Bridgeport, CT.; and his sisters, Nancy Griswold and Joyce Greenop. He is survived by: his wife Elsa D. Howard; his daughters, Michele Howard-Swan (Cory Swan) of Kensington, CT and Tami Howard-Salgado (Jay Salgado) of Norwich, CT; his grandchildren, Natalie Howard, Luis Howard-Roman, Alberto Swan, Elisabeth Swan, Nicole Swan, Gregory Swan and Christian Delgado-Santiago; and his nephew Wesley Greenop (Beverly) of Fairfield, CT.
