Raffaele (Pam) of Shelton, Linda Mazzulli of Tulsa and Kate Mattox of Shelton; his grandchildren, Zoe Mattox, Zack Mattox, Tony Mazzulli, Salvatore R. Raffaele (Amanda) and Ricky Raffaele (Elaina); and his siblings, Marion Rabita of Stamford, Robert Raffaele (Deana) of Clearwater and Patrick Raffaele (Winnie) of Newtown. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, & nephews.
