It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Mack Hartz of Monroe, Connecticut, born in South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on April 7, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell M. Hartz, Sr. and Emily Hartz. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hartz; his children, Todd Hartz, Tim Hartz and Elizabeth Hartz; his grandchildren, Virginia Garrison, Theo Rodriguez and Olivia Rodriguez; and his great grandchild Luciano Sotelo. He is also survived by his three brothers and two sisters.
