He is survived by: his wife Brenda Pantalone (Zona); his mother Margaret Condon Pantalone (Peg) of Ansonia, CT; his son Joshua Thomas; his sister Marianne Caldwell (Brian) of Wallingford, CT; his nieces, Samantha Lacaprucia (Frank) of Middletown, CT, Amanda Wilson (Mike Esposito) of Seymour, CT, Ellie and Annie Pantalone of Woodbridge, CT; his nephew Gus Pantalone of Woodbridge, CT; his uncle Edward Cook (Anamarie) of Middletown, CT; and his pet Sparkle. He is also survived by many cousins, close friends.

The family has asked that all attendees please wear masks.
