He is survived by: his wife Terry Block Kalfus; his children, Mindy Kalfus Schultz of Monroe, CT and Bryan Kalfus (Rachel) of Raleigh, NC; his grandchildren, Ari Schultz, Mikayla Kalfus and Lexie Kalfus; his nephews, Jeremy Bell (Mary), Jason Block (Amy) and Jared Block; his niece Samantha Bell Sugarman (Jesse); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sydney, Ellery, Faith, Jackson and Ethan; his sister Elyse Bell; his brothers-in-law, Joel Bell and Joel Block (Debbie Block); and his friends, Robert and Adele Josovitz.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Abraham L. Green and Son Funeral Home (88 Beach Rd, Fairfield, CT 06824). A shiva was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Kalfus Residence. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at the Loyalty Cemetery.
