It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul C. Devan Jr. of Monroe, Connecticut, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on December 9, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul C. and Anna Devan, Sr. (Mital); and his wife Frances "Cookie" Devan (Stone). He is survived by: his children, Paul Devan III (Kellie) of Litchfield, Matthew Devan of Prospect and Melissa Catalano (Kevin) of Monroe; his grandchildren, Miranda, Ryan, Sarah and Jack; and his sister Irene Devan of Monroe.
