She was predeceased by: her parent Sven Peterson; her son Wayne Purzycki; her brothers, James, William and Thomas Peterson; and her daughter-in-law Denise Purzycki.
She is survived by: her parent Anna Peterson; her children, Gary J. Purzycki of Fairfield, James A. Purzycki (Monnie) of Southbury, Mark E. Purzycki (Robin) of Fairfield and Karen R. Miller (James) of Stratford; her sister-in-law Arlene Peterson of Shelton; her grandchildren, Jason, Christopher Purzycki, Eric, Megan Purzycki, Kirk and Michaela Miller; and her great grandchildren, Colin, Ryan and James. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
