He was predeceased by: his wife Elvira Sallati Paniccia; his parents, Carlo Paniccia and Eletra Savo Paniccia; and his siblings, Carlo Sebastiano, Vincenza and Antonia Paniccia.
He is survived by: his sons, Carlo Paniccia (Elaine) of Shelton and Joseph Paniccia (Anna) of Trumbull; his grandchildren, Louis Paniccia (Melina), Daniela Vespucci (Anthony), Rosemarie Carneiro (Jeff) and Laura Paniccia (Traci); his great grandchildren, Giancarlo, Michela, Luca, Mila, Leila, Christian and Letty; his close friend Virginia LaQuesse; his siblings, Domenick Paniccia (Maria) and Carolina Paniccia; and his brother-in-law Arduino Sallati. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
At the family's request, visitors are asked to wear masks and social distance as they walk through, pay their respects, and exit without lingering to ensure all guests can come through the building.
