With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julio Fernandez Jr. (Monroe, Connecticut), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on September 25, 2019 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Fernandez; his children, Adrienne Mitchell (Jesse) and Jason Fernandez (Yasmin); his grandson Nickolas Fernandez; and his brother Hector Fernandez (Nettie). He is also survived by grand nieces, nephew as well as many loving aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and godchildren.

Donations in his memory may be made to Children's Diabetes Foundation.
