He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Emma Arlene and Thomas Hamilton Foley; his wife Nancy; his children, Jamie Foley (Thomas), Timothy Foley (Kathleen) and Thomas Foley (Missy); his sister Carol Stephenson of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Courtney, Kaitlin, Shawn, Charlotte, Seamus, Fiona, Nora and Caelie; his great grandchildren, Grant and Charlie; his great-niece Ashley; and his great-nephew Jesse.
