It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Cummings (Monroe, Connecticut), born in Stratford, Connecticut, who passed away on December 26, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret and John; his stepfather David Wiggin; his half-brother Edward Wiggin; and his nephew Michael Cristini.

He is survived by: his wife Joan Cummings (Curry); his children, Peter (Melissa) of South Kingstown, RI and Rachel Prior (Nicholas) of Wilton, CT.; his grandchildren, Helene, Caroline Cummings, Lucienne and Ruby Prior; his brother James Cummings (Judi) of Trumbull; his stepsiblings, David Wiggin (Barbara) of Shelton and Linda White of New Bern, N. C.; his nephew David Cristini (Beth); his brother-in-law John Curry (Connie); and his mother-in-law Geraldine Curry. He is also survived by father and grandfather, he spent many hours supporting his children and grandchildren.
