She is survived by: her children, Jack and Zoe; her parents, Teresa Augustyn and Andrzej Augustyn of Stamford, CT; her sister Irena Augustyn-Kogut (Jozef); her nephew Patryk Kogut; and her former husband Jan Jurgielewicz of Stratford. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
