He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Cappella and Carmella Cappella (Fanuzzi); and his brothers, Vincent "Jimmy" Cappella and John Cappella. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Cappella (Pontillo); his children, Steven Cappella (Yvonne) of Urbana, MD and Jennifer Williams (James) of Marlborough, CT; and his grandchildren, Alexandra, Gabrielle Cappella, Anthony "AJ" and Jake Williams. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephew.
