He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Guth and Catherine Guth. He is survived by: his wife Silvia Guth; his sons, Kevin Guth (Kellie) and Stephen Guth (Tara); his grandchildren, Madeline, Hannah, Ella, Ryan, Dylan, Addison and Peyton; his brother Mike Guth (Diane); and his siblings-in-law, John and Linda DiMarino. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Terry's name to Connecticut Hospice.
