She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Briggs; her parents, Patrick Dever and Helena Dever (McGoldrick); and her sister Patricia Davitt (Maury). She is survived by: her children, Robert Briggs (Laura) and Patti Droney (Brian); her grandchildren, Eric Briggs, Meghan Abebe (Mez), Keira and Kyle Droney; her brother Eugene Dever (Virginia); and her pet Holly. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and special friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cody-White Funeral Home (107 Broad St, Milford, CT 06460). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Agnes Church (400 Merwin Ave, Milford, CT 06460).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
