With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley Balascak of Milford, Connecticut, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 20, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Balascak; her sister Barbara Fedele; and her parents, Marion Knott and Joseph Shaffer. She is survived by: her stepgrandsons, Adam and Jonathan Brandon; her nephew Thomas Galatie; and her friends, Noreen Baxter and Shirley McCormick.
