He was predeceased by: his wife Rita Frances Suchy Gavlik; and his parents, Stephen J. Gavlik and Anna Gavlik. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Alora Coppola (Frank), Frank Robert Caraglio (Katherine Rice) and Dana Jossick. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
