He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Edward and Shirley Tracy (Blade); and his sister-in-law Murph Grey. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Tracy (Finch); his children, Keona Savoie (Jean-Paul), Dennis Tracy (Katherine Golias) and David Tracy; his grandchildren, Hannah, Emma, Peter Savoie, Ava and Ashlyn Tracy; and his brothers-in-law, Bob Finch (Janet) and Tom Finch (Nancy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and many good friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Red Cross or Bridgeport Police Activities League (P.A.L.) where he volunteered.
