He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Rivera Hilerio and Regalada Rosado Rivera; and his siblings, Rosa and Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth P. Rivera; his children, Cheryl (Michael), Nelson II (Lisa) and Adam (Olga); his stepsons, Richard and Christian (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Jessica (Chris), Michael (Ashley), Bryan (Gina), Jason, Audrey, Sophie, Aiden, Nelson III, Olivia, James, Alexandra and Joshua; his great grandchildren, Luca, Giada, Madison, Mia, Lina and Bryan Jr.; his siblings, Marion (Matt), Dolores, Albert (Janice), Carmen and Todd Minor; and his nephew Luis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and family and friends.
