He was predeceased by: his father Melvin Eugene McCarthy; his brother-in-law Ronald Standish; and his stepfather Frank Camputaro. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann McCarthy (Sala); his mother Virginia Rice Camputaro of Milford; his daughter Lauren McCarthy (Andrew Apicelli); his siblings, John McCarthy (Sharon), Donna Standish and Deborah Field (Gregory); and his brothers-in-law, Charles Sala (Ada) and Robert Sala (Paula). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Gregory F. Doyle Funeral Home (291 Bridgeport Ave, Milford, CT 06460). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
