Eric Bauby of Easton, CT; and his aunts and uncles, Johanna Shafer (Michael) of New York, Ken Kochiss of Stratford, CT, William Kochiss of Stratford, CT, Robert Kochiss (Fanny) of Fairfield, CT and Pamela Werth of Scottsdale, AZ. He is also survived by his family and friends.
