He is survived by: his significant other Samantha Retkowski; his parents, Charles R. Lazzara Jr. of Milford and Cheryl Mahoney Lazzara of Ansonia; his sons, Ryder M. Lazzara and Myles S. Lazzara; his siblings, Anthony C. Lazzara Sr. (Melissa) of Ansonia and Chloe R. Lazzara of Milford; his grandmothers, Carol Jayne Lazzara of Milford and Dolores Diaz Mahoney of Farmington; and his nephew Anthony C. Lazzara Jr. of Ansonia. He is also survived by several cousins and countless friends.
