She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph J. Gurz; her parents, John Kulesa and Josephine Kulesa (Rutkowski); and her siblings, Chester, Joe, John, Frank Kulesa and Helen Cerra (Kulesa).
She is survived by: her sister Eleanor Conrad (Kulesa); her sister-in-law Leona Kulesa of Scranton, PA; her nephews, Joseph Gurz (Donna) of Meriden, CT and Alan Gurz (Lorraine) of Cheshire, CT; and her grandchildren, Matthew Gurz (Jessica) of Cheshire, CT, Kirsten Gurz of Middletown, CT, Rachel (Gurz), Larson (Mike) of Wallingford, CT, Tim Gurz of Milford, CT, Stacey (Gurz) and Broderick (JD) of Wallingford, CT. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
