He is survived by: his mother Theresa Wolski Kuba; his wife Lynda McCormick Kuba; his children, Eric Kuba (Nicole) and Kelly VanArsdale (Mike); his siblings, Jeffrey Kuba (Barbara) and Cheryl Blake (John); and his granddaughters, Scarlet, Stella, Evie and Violet.
